Matrix Artifacts

Authors and publishes documents, reports and doc pages as Matrix artifact collections through the remote MCP tools app_artifact_catalog, app_artifact_read, app_artifact_publish, or the CLI commands `matrix artifact catalog|read|publish`. Use for collections of pages and reports that share a profile; do NOT use for conventional Matrix applications (use `matrix-apps` instead).
